What we collect
The answers, texts and images you submit to create your product; your email address and payment confirmation received from Whop; technical data such as IP address, browser and the ad that brought you here.
Why we use it
To create and deliver your product (contract), to handle support and refunds (contract and legal obligation), and — only if you accept cookies — to measure our advertising with Meta and TikTok (consent).
AI processing
Your inputs are sent to our AI providers (Anthropic and, for image products, fal.ai) solely to generate your results. They do not use your data to train their models under our agreements.
Who receives your data
Whop (payments), our hosting and database providers, our AI providers and, with your consent, Meta and TikTok. Some providers are located outside the EU; transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Your inputs and results are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Uploaded photos are deleted within 30 days after your results are delivered. Payment records are kept as required by law.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@example.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use essential storage to run the site and, only with your consent, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel cookies for ad measurement. You can change your choice by clearing cookies for this site.
